I had a delightful stay at United 21 in Chail, surrounded by the serene beauty of lush green forests and stunning mountain views. The rooms were spacious and clean, giving a perfect view from the balcony that made mornings worthwhile. The staff was really accommodating, always ready to assist, but the dining options could use some improvement as the choices were limited. Overall, it's a peaceful getaway, but a few enhancements in the menu and facilities would elevate the experience further.
